By accessing and using AssetsMena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AssetsMena is a real estate customer relationship management (CRM) and property management platform designed for real estate developers and brokers in Egypt. Our services include lead management, property tracking, payment processing, and analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service for lawful purposes only
  • Not share your account with unauthorized users
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription Plans

AssetsMena offers three subscription plans:

  • Starter: EGP 1,500/month - 3 users, 50 properties, 2 projects
  • Professional: EGP 3,500/month - 15 users, unlimited properties, 20 projects
  • Enterprise: EGP 8,500/month - Unlimited users, projects, and properties

Yearly billing includes a 15% discount. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Paymob payment gateway
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
  • You authorize automatic recurring payments
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Data Privacy

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide and improve our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AssetsMena are owned by AssetsMena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

AssetsMena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may also cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
