What is the Founding Member plan?
It is a limited launch offer for our first 50 customers. You get the Starter plan features at 499 EGP/month (instead of 899 EGP), and the price is locked for 12 months — it will never increase for founding members. Once the 50 spots are filled, the plan is no longer available.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, InstaPay, cash and cheques. After you request a subscription, our team reaches out within 24 hours with payment instructions.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You only pay the monthly (or yearly) subscription for your chosen plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (effectively ~17% off). Toggle the billing period on the plans above to see annual pricing.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude 14% VAT, which is added at checkout per Egyptian tax law (VAT Law No. 67 of 2016). If you are a VAT-registered business, you can claim the VAT back.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Absolutely. AssetsMena is fully multi-tenant with complete data isolation. No other account can ever access your projects, leads or payments.
